Cancellation

- Deadline for cancellation is 3:00 PM, one working day prior to release date. A penalty of 10% would be imposed for any cancellation received beyond the stipulated deadline.

Booking Deadlines

- All booking requests should be submitted latest by 3:00 PM, one working day prior to release date.
- Advertising assets must be submitted latest by 4:00 PM, one working day prior to release date.
