Restrictions

- The publisher reserves the right to refuse or omit publication of any advertisement deemed by the publishers to be unsuitable.

- In the event of undersize, oversize or technically unsuitable artwork being supplied to the publishers, the publishers shall, at their discretion, reduce or enlarge the copy to the correct size, take whatever corrective measures are necessary to make the copy conform to the technical requirements of the magazine, or reject the copy as unsuitable, in which case the advertiser shall be responsible for supplying correct copy.

- Unless a preferred position is specified and available, placement of an advertisement is at the publisher’s discretion.

- The Advertiser agrees to hold indemnified the publisher against any litigation or civil action howsoever arising as a consequence of the publication of the advertisement.

- While every effort will be made to ensure faithful reproduction of copy, the publisher is not responsible for printer’s errors.

Payment

- Payment is usually due with the artwork, and credit is only granted at the absolute discretion of the publisher.

- The advertiser agrees to pay all accounts for advertising within 30 days of receiving an invoice.

Cancellation

- Cancellation of an advertisement must be delivered to the publisher in writing, at least 14 days prior to publication.
