Position Details

Materials

• Aspect ratio: 9:16, 1:1, or 16:9 (9:16 is recommended).

• Resolution: ≥ 540x960px, ≥ 640x640px, or ≥ 960x540px.

• File type: MP4, MOV, MPEG, 3GP, or AVI.

• Video length: 5 to 30 seconds (recommended 9 to 15 seconds).

• File size: ≤ 500 MB.

Payment

• All campaigns require a 100% advance payment.

• Company registration and TRN are required for the first booking if applicable.

Cancellation

• Cancellations made before 3 days to start the campaign will incur a penalty of 25 % of the budget.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before starting the campaign will incur a penalty of 50% of the budget.

• Cancellations made after the campaign starts will require 2 days for activation and the two days will be charged at the minimum rates.

Booking Deadlines

• Booking to be done 5 days in advance.

• The client is responsible for delivering the material in the correct format at least 3 days before campaign commencement.
